We collect payment upon delivery. You can pay by cash, e-transfer, or card when your couch arrives—no online payment required.


How fast is delivery?

Most deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours. After you place an order, we text or call you to schedule a delivery time that works for you.


Do you deliver inside homes?

Yes. Our Standard Home Delivery option includes bringing the couch inside your home and setting it up in your desired room.


What is Curb Drop-Off?

We deliver the couch to your curb, driveway, garage, or building entrance. This option does not include carrying the couch inside.


Do you deliver to apartments or condos?

Yes. Just let us know if there are elevators, stairs, or access instructions so we can prepare.


Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Yes. After checkout, we will contact you to confirm a delivery window that works for you.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before delivery with no fees.


Are the couches cleaned?

Yes. All couches are steam-cleaned, vacuumed, and inspected before delivery.


Do you buy used couches?

Sometimes — text us a photo and we’ll let you know if we’re interested.
